How big is your pile?
Our trucks hold 40 cubic yards, two to three times what most junk removal trucks hold. Move the slider to see what each share of that truck costs.
Estimate. Your crew confirms a firm price on-site before any work starts, and there is no obligation to go ahead. Prices are based on main level loading.
What do you have?
Tick a few things and we will point you at a starting load size.
Heads up: concrete, soil, brick, cinder block and ceramic tile are heavy, so dense material is priced from $150 per cubic yard instead. Call us and we will quote it properly.
What we clear out
One crew, one truck, almost anything that is not hazardous. Homes, offices, job sites, storage lockers.
Residential cleanouts
Garages, basements, attics, yards, spring cleaning, moving and downsizing. We carry it out from wherever it sits.
Book a pickup
Commercial and office
Property managers, contractors, realtors, retailers and offices. Tenant turnovers and recurring pickups.
See business servicesFurniture removal
Sofas, sectionals, mattresses, dressers, dining sets, office furniture. Out of the basement or off the fiftieth floor.
Appliance removal
Fridges, stoves, washers, dryers, freezers, air conditioners. Home or office, one item or a whole floor.
Junk and waste
Garbage, trash, rubbish and general waste. Renovation debris, drywall, lumber, yard waste and site cleanup.

Most people book in the morning and have their space back the same afternoon.

Point at your junk
The crew arrives in uniform, you walk them through it, and they give you a firm no obligation price on the spot. Nothing moves until you say yes.
-
We do all the lifting
Basement, backyard, third floor walk up or the fiftieth floor of a tower. You do not need to move a thing to the curb.
-
We sweep and go
We tidy up behind us, you pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit or cash, and everything that can be recycled gets sorted for recycling.
We are locally owned. No franchise fees, no commissioned salespeople, and trucks two to three times the size of the 1-800 crowd. That is how we come in 30 to 50 percent under them and still show up the same day.
A local company, not a franchise
We are not a 1-800 franchise operation, so there are no franchise fees baked into your quote.
Crews are not on commission
Nobody at the door is paid to talk you into a bigger load. Uniformed, trained, fully insured people.
40 cubic yard trucks
Two to three times the size of a typical junk removal truck, so a full load costs you one trip, not three.
The price is set before we lift
Phone and email estimates are free. The firm price comes from the crew on site, and work starts only once you agree.
If it is not hazardous, it goes
From a single mattress to a whole job site. Not sure about something odd? Call and ask, the answer is usually yes.
What we cannot take. Hazardous waste: batteries, paint cans, oil drums, gasoline and chemicals. We also do not supply construction bins or dumpsters. If you are not sure about an item, call us and we will tell you straight.
Before and after
Drag the handle to see the same room before the crew arrived and after they left.
Landfill is the last stop, not the first
Everything that leaves your driveway gets sorted before it gets dumped. Metal, cardboard, wood and electronics go to recycling. Biodegradable material goes where it can be turned into something useful.
- We sort for recycling at the depot, not at your curb
- We work with recycling centres across the GTA
- Licensed by the Ministry of the Environment
Built for people with a schedule
If a unit has to be empty by Friday, or a job site has to be clear before the inspector arrives, we are the call. One pickup or a standing weekly slot across several addresses.
- Property managers
- Contractors and renovators
- Real estate agents and firms
- Retailers and wholesalers
- Office and facility managers
- Tenant turnover cleanouts
We do not supply construction bins or dumpsters. We bring the truck and the crew.

Questions people actually ask
By volume: the amount of space your items take up in our truck. Prices are based on main level loading, and a premium is added to labour intensive jobs. Once our crew arrives they give you a no obligation quote, and nothing gets loaded until you agree to it.
No. It is always free of charge to have someone stop by for an estimate. Unlike a lot of our competition we will also give you a base estimate over the phone or by email from what you describe.
No, you do not have to lift a finger. Our trained crew removes it for you whether it is in the basement, the attic or on the fortieth floor of a building. Packing it up is part of the job too.
Most people want us yesterday. We offer same day service or the very next day, and we run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
We cannot remove hazardous waste such as batteries, paint cans, oil drums, gasoline and chemicals. We also do not supply or deal with construction bins. If you are not sure about an item, give us a call and we will let you know.
Yes. We are fully insured with $2,000,000 of coverage and licensed by the Ministry of the Environment. Our crews are full time, trained and uniformed.
A cubic yard is 3 feet wide by 3 feet high by 3 feet deep, about the size of a large washing machine. Our trucks hold 40 of them, which is two to three times what most junk removal trucks hold.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit and cash, on site once the job is done. There is nothing to pay when you book.
